HOW TO REGISTER:
A non-refundable registration fee of $15 is required to hold a student's space. Your place in class is not secured until your registration fee is received. To register, please completely fill out the Camano Dance Academy registration form, enclose a check for your registration fee, and mail to:
Camano Dance Academy, 651 Dodge Rd, Camano Island, WA* (Note: This is NOT where classes are held, only a mailing address. Classes are held at the Camano Country Club on Beach Dr.)
REGISTRATION DISCOUNT - LIMITED TIME ONLY:
Register by July 1st and receive a $10 credit toward your first month's tuition! Don't worry - if you have already registered, the credit will automatically be applied to your account.

WAITING LISTS:
If the class you have tried to register for is full, you will be notified, and your check will be returned to you. At that time, if you would like, you may be placed on a waiting list, and contacted if a space becomes available. Class sizes are generally limited to 12 students.
